Located in the lush hinterland of northern New South Wales, the Uki Mountain Bike Park offers a purpose-built trail network that supports skill
development, adventure, and sustainable riding experiences. Trailworx Australia was engaged by Tweed Shire Council to bring this vision to life, delivering a high-quality trail system designed for riders of all abilities.

The project began with a review and refinement of the existing trail design. Our team worked closely with Council to assess the proposed alignments on the ground, implementing targeted re-routes to improve ride quality, drainage, and environmental integration.

Construction was carried out by our experienced crew of trail builders, resulting in a 6.5km network featuring beginner, intermediate, and advanced trails. Each trail was shaped with flow, challenge, and sustainability in mind — ensuring longterm performance with minimal maintenance requirements.

In parallel with the trail build, Trailworx also developed and delivered a comprehensive wayfinding strategy, including the design, fabrication, and installation of a full signage suite. This integrated approach ensures riders can confidently navigate the network while supporting park branding, trail safety, and user experience.

Uki Mountain Bike Park is now a valuable community asset that adds depth to the region’s outdoor recreation offering, encouraging healthy lifestyles and local tourism in the heart of the Tweed Valley.
